What is a major? A major is the course of study that you want to take when going to College. Most Colleges have everything under the sun when it comes to majors but selecting a major early on would be beneficial. Specific universities are known for specific majors. There are several scholarships that are for specific majors.
What happens if I dont have a major?
Many students have no idea what they would like to major in. That is perfectly okay because the university/college provides you with the opportunity to explore majors through the first two years of college. The first two years consist of general education.
